First and foremost I want to start this post by putting in a good word about the customer service at COMC.com. I had reached out over the weekend with general site navigation questions (I didn’t realize I was looking in the wrong spot to view my purchase history) and they took the initiative to combine my previous orders to one, switch them to a quicker shipping, and save me some extra bucks. I got the difference back (almost $15) in credits on the site and also will see all my cards around mid-December which is awesome as some ordered weren’t going to show up until February 2021. I didn’t expect this at all, so it was a cool email to wake up to.
I needed to slow down on card purchases, but what’s a guy supposed to do when he’s sitting on store credit!?! So I did ANOTHER order of some random stuff I’ve had my eyes on (including a few cards that were already graded, which is new for me. I’ve never gone through the process, but it seems long and pricy, so getting stuff pre-graded is perfect for me)...
